This policy explains what information I collect through this website, why I collect it, and what happens to it. It applies to lightfuldesign.co and the project inquiry form on this site.
What I collect
When you send a project inquiry, you share your name, email address, business name, website, and details about your project — the services you're interested in, your goals, budget range, and preferred start date. I don't collect anything beyond what the inquiry form asks you for, and browsing the site doesn't require an account or give me anything to collect on its own.
How I use it
Inquiry details are used to respond to you, prepare for our discovery call, and manage the project if we end up working together. Your email address may also be used to send you messages related to your project, and — only with your permission — occasional updates from the studio. You can ask me to stop at any time.
Who sees it
I don't sell, rent, or trade your information. It's shared only with the service providers that help me run the studio — the system that delivers my email, and the scheduling tool (Calendly) used for discovery calls. Each provider receives only what it needs to do its job.
How long I keep it
Inquiries are kept while we're in conversation and, if we work together, for as long as needed to run the project and meet any record-keeping obligations. If we never connect, or you'd like your details removed sooner, just ask and I'll delete them.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared, or to stop using it. Email me and I'll take care of it promptly.
